Features
We operate a simple ‘meet & greet’ key collection/Apartment introduction.
Checking in is at 2pm and check out is 10am, however to meet your needs if possible we are flexiable on times (by prior arangment)
The main Resident entry points are controlled by wireless key fobs (two are issued to you)
Visitors/deliveries are remotely ‘buzzed’ from the Video security entrance
Access to the upper levels is by either the glass walled lift, or the main stairs
For your personal safety there is direct access to the internal fire stairs from all bedrooms.
External fire stairs lead off the internal walk ways to the flats.
Secure parking for one car, a wireless key fob is issued
Additional visitors parking within the grounds
The Apartments are situated within a 10 minute taxi ride from Dundee Railway and Bus stations, and the City Airport
